As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping 16–18 year olds develop essential life skills, build confidence, and work toward independence.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You’ll support young people in their daily routines – including attending social activities, pursuing hobbies and sports, managing household tasks like cooking and cleaning, and supporting them with budgeting and appointments. Please note: this position does not involve personal care.

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide consistent, positive support tailored to each young person’s individual needs
● Encourage and assist with daily living skills
● Support with leisure activities, education, employment, and social inclusion
● Assist with household duties and day-to-day routines
● Participate in a rota that includes weekends and sleep-in shifts
What We’re Looking For:
● Minimum 1 year experience working with vulnerable young people
● A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred (business insurance required)
● Reliable, compassionate, and friendly nature
● Basic literacy, numeracy and IT skills
● Willingness to complete necessary training and background checks
● Right to work in the UK
● Two professional references and one character reference
