We are proud to share the positive feedback from our recent Ofsted inspection!


This recognised the warm, clean and well-decorated homes we provide—spaces that children and staff take genuine pride in maintaining. Inspectors highlighted our friendly, motivated and highly skilled staff team, who inspire children to take pride in themselves and carefully identify the skills they need to prepare for adulthood. One child told inspectors, “I have never felt so supported as I do now,” proudly showing their progress chart as evidence of their achievements. 



The report also acknowledged our commitment to supporting education, encouraging employment opportunities and promoting regular attendance. Led by a committed and child-focused leadership team, we continue to prioritise positive experiences and outcomes for every child. We remain dedicated to strengthening our admission processes to further enhance stability, consistency and long-term success for all children in our care.

The house that Progression Care provide is really nice, he has everything he needs here and it's a really big house. The staff provide great support for my child, which is really needed. When being here he is able to be himself and staff are trying their hardest to get him involved in positive activities.

We have used PCL for several pieces of work and have always found them to be a great provider for semi-independence placements. PCL has worked

positively with our local authority in providing bridging placements for young people who are in crisis. What we most value is they always tailor the support around the young person needs and are flexible in their approach. They supported one of our young people in transitioning into a long-term placement by providing a handover of what worked well which helped provide stability in their move and ensure placement breakdown was minimised.
